Breakfast has never been delivered before 9.45 - 10 AM, and dinner last night was delivered at 11 PM, despite multiple follow-up attempts. Furthermore, breakfast was not provided today, and I was not notified of this omission. When I contacted the owner, she responded with "Kahin aur se le lijiye" rather than offering an apology. Pathetic Service!!!"
